2. Services Provided
• Supportlk is a platform that connects customers with restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies, fashion outlets, florists, and gift shops.
• We facilitate ordering, delivery, and payment, but we are not the producer, manufacturer, or seller of listed items.
• Product quality, packaging, and safety are the responsibility of the respective vendors/partners.

3. User Responsibilities
• Provide accurate personal information (name, delivery address, contact number).
• Ensure availability to receive orders at the delivery address.
• Use the platform lawfully and avoid fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities.

4. Orders & Payments
• Orders cannot be modified once confirmed. Cancellations may only be possible before preparation/dispatch.
• Payment options include Cash on Delivery (COD) and Online Payments (via approved payment gateways such as PayHere).
• All prices are displayed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

• • Supportlk is not responsible for payment gateway failures, delays, or issues caused by third-party providers.

5. Delivery
• Delivery times may vary based on location, traffic, stock availability, and vendor preparation.
• Supportlk is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, strikes, emergencies).
• Customers are responsible for receiving the order at the specified delivery address.

6. Refunds, Returns & Cancellations
• Refunds will be considered in cases of:
o Order cancellation before preparation/dispatch.
o Failed or duplicate payments.
o Wrong or missing items (subject to verification).
o Damaged or expired products (groceries, pharmacy items, flowers).
• Returns may not be applicable for certain categories like perishable goods (food, flowers, fresh groceries) or pharmacy products (as per regulations).
• Refunds will be processed through the original payment method within [7–14] working days.

7. Vendor & Product Responsibility
• Vendors are solely responsible for:
o Product preparation, quality, and safety.
o Compliance with industry standards and regulations (e.g., food safety, pharmacy laws).
o Accurate product descriptions and pricing.
• Supportlk acts only as an intermediary platform.

8. Pharmacy & Restricted Items
• Pharmacy orders may require a valid prescription (as per Sri Lankan law).
• Restricted items (alcohol, tobacco, etc.) will only be sold in compliance with legal regulations and may require age verification.

9. Limitation of Liability
• Supportlk is not responsible for product quality, defects, or health effects caused by items purchased.
• Our maximum liability is limited to the order value of the disputed transaction.

10. Account Suspension/Termination
Supportlk may suspend or terminate accounts found engaging in:
• Fraudulent orders or misuse of offers.
• Abusive behavior towards staff, vendors, or delivery partners.
• Violation of these Terms & Conditions.

11. Changes to Terms
Supportlk reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be available on our app/website. Continued use of our services means you accept the revised terms.

12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
